Introducing Copy Payment Manager
We’re excited to announce a new addition to our suite of integrated self-service and payment solutions. Copy Payment Manager (CPM) provides patrons with the flexibility to choose how they pay for copies and centralizes financial reporting.
With Copy Payment Manager, patrons can pay for copies using ILS and AAM deposit accounts, credit cards and cash/vending payments. This solution works in conjunction with EnvisionWare’s eCommerce Services and enhanced coin and bill hardware (CBA-VX™). The software centralizes financial reporting between the coin-op and other fund sources to record payments and provides a comprehensive view of all money collected from copying, regardless of payment type.
This self-service application can be added to an existing computer reservation and print release terminal, enabling patrons to run copies and release print jobs from a single self-service station, streamlining printing and copying among multiple users.
Copy Payment Manager integrates seamlessly with EnvisionWare’s new line of self-service stations to offer an integrated solution for copies, printing, fines and account revalue.
