Spotlight on Self-service
As we ring in 2022, the demand for patron self-service continues. Ease-of-use, health and safety, and the expectation of on-demand services in our daily lives are just a few of the factors driving this trend. EnvisionWare offers such a broad suite of self-service solutions that we thought it would be helpful to start off the new year with a quick refresher on what we offer to help you navigate the year ahead.

Computer & Print Management
When it comes to computer and print management, our flagship products, PC Reservation® and LPT:One™ remain the industry-leading standard for self-service. For patrons on the go, our MobilePrint Service™ enables patrons to print remotely or in the library from smartphones, tablets and computers and pick up their printouts at the library. Existing PC Reservation customers and new customers can migrate to the new CloudNine® Reservation Service, which is a maintenance-free hosted solution offering a broad range of new capabilities and centralized, browser-based administration. Version 2.0, released in December, introduced a remarkable settings search feature, and version 2.0.7 released last week, delivered an entirely new staff reservation workflow designed by customers.
