Got questions? EnvisionWare’s new Reference Desk makes it fast and easy to find the answers. Search our vast knowledge base by keyword, article, category and more, or go directly to the product folders for a full view of what’s available.
The Reference Desk also provides updates on new releases and other hot product news. Whether you’re new to EnvisionWare or are navigating our vast product line, the Glossary feature delivers the information you need and the related content.
Reference Desk replaces EnvisionWare’s Knowledge Base. The database was created by on staff librarians using titles in the same style used by catalogers to provide an intuitive, library-focused experience.
Customers can access the Reference Desk from the Main Menu on the MyAccount tab of the Customer Center.
