Your patrons will have the flexibility of using credit cards in the library via credit card terminal, or to make payments from value against library card when you implement With EnvisionWare® eCommerce Services™. You may offer cash payment as well, or, as many libraries are now doing, drop cash for safer and quicker card payments. Patrons are able to pay for printing, copying and library charges with no staff assistance. Of course library charge payments immediately update the library system via SIP2.

Gawler Public Library has two branches, Gawler Civic Centre Library and Evanston Gardens Library both located in the beautiful region of Gawler, 42km north of Adelaide in South Australia. Gawler Public Library joined the growing number of libraries offering payment via card when they implemented EnvisionWare® eCommerce Services™ Self-Service Solutions in 2019. In addition, EnvisionWare’s eCommerce Services provides online credit card payments giving patrons the option to pay any library charges with a credit card or to deposit funds to their value against library card account via a web browser from home or anywhere. Users don’t have to come into the library to pay library charges.
