Nancy Keezer,
Customer Support Lifeline
Many of you know Nancy as the lifeline in customer support. With stellar customer feedback from libraries coast to coast, we’re proud to have Nancy as a key part of the Support team for almost 13 years.
Before joining the EnvisionWare family, Nancy worked at Gwinnett County Public Library, starting as a temp and working her way up to Network Administrator. Her library experience helps Nancy in her support role as she can truly relate and empathize with customers who are facing technical issues.
“I really enjoy the relationships I have with customers – I know so many by name,” said Nancy about her role. “I also love helping customers resolve issues quickly, as well as training new staff and customers to be self-sufficient.”
For Nancy, the favorite part of her job is closing a case and knowing she helped a library provide better service to their community.
