On April 15, 2021 we were pleased to announce the partnership agreement we have entered into with Reface Industries.

What does this partnership mean for you?

Great libraries want to expand services to the public, offer new programs, provide higher levels of service and find innovative ways to deliver solutions. Reface Industries and EnvisionWare strive to be part of this process with our customers. The partnership allows Reface Industries to act as a supplier of the EnvisionWare suite of patron self-service solutions in Australia and New Zealand. This partnership will ensure that our current and future customers have the best and most timely information on how to offer best practice services for their patrons.

Some of our EnvisionWare customers may already know Reface Industries Sales Manager, Jamma Anderson from dealings with Reface Industries. Jamma will be in touch with many of you regarding both Reface Industries and EnvisionWare solutions in the future.

All of your support needs are still being provided by the EnvisionWare Customer Support team and  you will still log support requests in the same manner. We continue to provide the same excellence in customer service that you have experienced for almost fourteen years.
