EnvisionWare Expands Customer Service Locations

Atlanta, GA, November 15, 2013 – EnvisionWare, a leading provider of self-service and library-efficiency solutions, announced today the planned opening of a new service location in Upstate New York. The new location is part of a phased strategy to expand regional outreach to customers in order to provide a faster response to complex technical issues and project and implementation service needs.

EnvisionWare has hired Jamie Wells to serve as Implementation Consultant for this location. He will be headquartered in Ithaca, NY. Jamie is an expert in EnvisionWare’s PC Reservation® and LPT:One™ products, payment systems, copiers and other related technologies. Prior to becoming implementation consultant, Jamie has been involved in the sale and support of EnvisionWare products through a vendor partner and served as product advisor to EnvisionWare for nearly a decade.
